Melissa's late September wedding had a birdhouse theme with the colors of pink, ivory, and chocolate.

   Melissa made her own centerpieces of pink birdhouses in a puddle of tulle.  Each birdhouse was different.  She chose the Hitching Post pale pink shimmery overlays for her tables.

   Melissa carried pale pink roses; her daughters carried mixed pink roses.  A memorial wreath hung on the oak tree and candles lined the aisle of Melissa's ceremony. She and Eddie chose the African tradition of jumping the broom after they were pronounced man and wife. 

   Melissa's adorable bird's nest cake was displayed under ivory tulle.  She had party favors of pink rose chocolates tucked into each napkin.  Pink and Chocolate covered strawberries and pink champagne added to the decor.
