Our Wedding Ceremony Package is designed for couples who'd like a  wedding ceremony without reception.

Your Wedding Ceremony Package includes the following:

Pre-wedding Day Services

• Checklist/event planning and coordination of decoration, vows, and music
• Rehearsal (up to one hour)

Ceremony Services

• Bride's suite of dressing rooms before event with adjoining private bath  
• Groom's room for Groom and Groomsmen with adjoining private bath
• Outdoor ceremony set-up, clean-up and use of basic ceremony decor to include:  standard arbor decorated with silk flowers in your choice of colors, ceremony seating, program/guest book table with tablecloth, easel for signing mat or photos, unity candle stand or sand ceremony table, shepherd's hooks
• Indoor alternative ceremony site of Chapel for up to 40 people; Wisteria room for up to 70 people
• Complimentary services of Reverend to perform ceremony
• Vows personalized as desired
• Continuous, personalized attention throughout your event
• Tea and water for arriving people
• Bubbles to blow toward couple when leaving

Sound Services

• Microphone and amplified sound system for ceremony with sound manager
• Personalized ceremony music choices
• Music played during formal photos

Photography Services

• Journalistic style professional photography of wedding ceremony with formal photos to follow - the same high quality photography coverage as all our weddings receive
• All wedding photos on CD for self-printing

• Checklist/event planning and coordination - advice and assistance with all aspects of your wedding via emails, phone calls, and/or visits
• One hour rehearsal 

Ceremony Services

• Bride's suite of dressing rooms before event with adjoining private bath  
• Groom's room for Groom and Groomsmen with adjoining private bath
• Outdoor ceremony set-up, clean-up and use of basic ceremony decor to include:  standard arbor decorated with silk flowers in your choice of colors, ceremony seating, program/guest book table with tablecloth, easel for signing mat or photos, unity candle stand or sand ceremony table, shepherd's hooks

• Anniversary tier of cake to take with you
• Cake cutting and serving
• Single serving plates, napkins, and forks for cake and cake serving
• Beverage service to include tea, water, and coffee
• Bubbles to blow toward couple when leaving

up to 40 people with 3 hours included for guest arrival, ceremony, formal photos, cake cutting, and toasts, plus one hour for rehearsal - $1995 

Add additional guests (up to a total of 70 people) for $20 per guest.

1812 Hitching Post Deluxe Small Wedding Package Wedding ceremony with full reception and full photography coverage Our Deluxe small wedding is designed for the couple who plan to have fewer than 40 people with a full reception.  This package includes all of the following: Bride's dressing room before event with adjoining bath – use of steamer, if needed   Groom's room for Groom and Groomsmen with adjoining private bath Indoor candle lit Chapel ceremony or outdoor ceremony with flowered arbor Ceremony seating for all guests Interdenominational Christian Officiate, if desired Personalized ceremony music choices Rehearsal evening before at mutually agreed upon time (up to one hour) Set-up and use of any needed ceremony tables (such as unity candle stand, program table, memorial table) Decorated two-tier wedding cake - you choose style and flavor Anniversary tier of cake to take with you Cake cutting and serving Single serving plates, napkins, and forks for cake and cake serving Wisteria room and dance area reception DJ for reception Beverage service to include lemonade or punch, tea, water, and coffee Table seating for all Tablecloths, colored overlays, and basic centerpieces Set-up and use of any of the 1812 Hitching Post decor items on your behalf Complete professional photography of entire event Bubbles to blow toward couple when leaving Party planning assistance – advice and assistance with all aspects of your wedding via emails, phone calls, and/or visits All photos on CD for self-printing 1 hour is included for rehearsal, 1 hour is included for dressing, and  2 1/2 hours are included for ceremony,  reception, and photos Professional photojournalistic photography coverage of entire event included For up to 40 people, the total cost for the above ceremony/reception package is only:    $2495  You may add photo print or album package, catering with buffet set-up, plated dinner, serving staff, bartender, and/or additional time to this package.
