Serena's Wedding

The wedding package below is designed to suit couples who would like to add the Wisteria room with dance area and dining tables to their Best Friends and Family wedding package.

   With this package, the ceremony is followed by a receiving line, reception with dancing, cake cutting, toasts, garter and bouquet toss, and bubble (or other) send-off. Photography of all events included.

    The buffet set-up, kitchen staff, and buffet service are not included with this package.  The couple is responsible for their own table and aisle decorations.

   This package includes all of the following:

Engagement photo session at the 1812 Hitching Post
Two 5 x 7 engagement photo prints
Bride's dressing rooms before event with adjoining private bath – use of steamer, if needed
Groom's room for Groom and Groomsmen with adjoining private bath
Outdoor ceremony with flowered arbor or indoor Wisteria room ceremony
Ceremony seating for all guests
Interdenominational Christian Officiant, if desired
Microphone and amplified sound system for ceremony
Personalized ceremony music choices
Vows personalized as desired
Rehearsal evening before at mutually agreed upon time (up to one hour)
Any needed ceremony tables (such as unity candle stand, program table, etc.
Reception with dance area
DJ and personalized music
Set up and use of up to ten dining tables in and around Wisteria Room
Custom decorated wedding cake; your choice of style and flavors
Cake table with and all needed utensils
Cake cutting with use of our servers (or may bring your own)
Cookies, Mints, & nuts
Single serving plates, napkins, and forks
Box for anniversary tier of cake
Complete professional photography of ceremony and reception by Wendy Waldron
DVD slide show of best wedding photos set to music (two songs)
Print package of four 8 x 10's, 20 5 x 7's, and 40 4 x 6's

Party planning assistance – advice and assistance with all aspects of your wedding via emails, phone calls, and/or visits

For 100 people, the above ceremony/reception package is only $3450.00.

Guests may be subtracted from this package for $15 per person. Other services (except catering) may be added to or subtracted from this package.

We allow up to one hour before the wedding for dressing and guest arrival, one hour for the rehearsal, and 2 hours for the ceremony and reception within this package.

This package is available at any time on weekdays, Sunday after 1:00 p.m., Saturday mornings/early afternoon (ceremony held at noon or before) year-round, and Saturday evenings mid-November through mid-March.
