1812 Hitching Post Simple Wedding Package Wedding ceremony with cake and beverage reception

This package includes all of the following:

• Rehearsal for ceremony held the day before your wedding (or at a mutually convenient time)
• Parking area
• Checklist for event planning and coordination
• Bride's dressing room before event with adjoining private bath  
• Groom's room for Groom and Groomsmen with adjoining private bath
• Outdoor ceremony set-up, clean-up and use of basic ceremony decor to include: choice of arbor decorated with silk flowers in your choice of colors, ceremony seating, program/guest book table with tablecloth, easel for signing mat or photos, unity candle stand or sand ceremony table, shepherd's hooks or columns for aisle decor
• Complimentary services of Reverend to perform ceremony, if requested
• Professional sound provided for your ceremony music
• Dining tables with cream full-length tablecloths and chairs set up for reception
• Our staff will cut and serve cake
• Beverage service to include lemonade, tea, water, and coffee
• DJ for reception music

1812 Hitching Post catering may also be added to this package or you may bring your own licensed and insured catering.
