 Every reception menu is custom designed to suit your family.  We will work with your menu ideas or help you choose a menu to reflect your wedding theme.  The 1812 Hitching Post offers plated dinners as well as buffet and hors d'oeuvres menus.

  The 1812 Hitching Post Kitchen Catering Company will prepare your wedding banquet with the personal attention that is given to every other detail of your wedding.  We don't cater for anyone else; your meal is our Chef's priority!  Unlike other catering companies that have to transport their food for some distance, we cook your meal just before it is served so everything is as fresh and tasty as possible. 

     We shop locally and organically whenever possible.  We know you want your wedding meal to be extraordinary!
