All cakes provided by the 1812 Hitching Post are
decorated just for you by artist, Patrick Waldron
All cakes made at the 1812 Hitching Post are made fresh in our
in-house bakery just before your wedding and are never frozen.
Because the finished cake does not need to be transported, you
have the advantage of optimal freshness for the best tasting
cake possible.
Choose from the following cake flavors: Butter yellow,
white, chocolate, marble, strawberry, lemon,
citrus, pink lemonade, spice, or carrot. Have another
favorite flavor? Just ask!
Fillings include
raspberry mouse, chocolate mouse, dark chocolate, lemon, cream
cheese, caramel, and strawberry. Butter cream is our
standard filling.
Design possibilities are endless. Artist
Patrick Waldron will design and decorate your cake based on
your description or image. Don't know what kind of
cake to choose? We can make suggestions based on the
choices you've already made for your wedding.
Each cake is topped with
tasty butter cream icing. You may choose a lighter
whipped icing if you prefer icing that is less sweet. Fondant may
be requested as a decorative accent.
