Traditional and Fantasy Elopement package options 

   
Photography

Traditional Elopement:
Included with your package are complete photojournalistic photographic coverage by Wendy Waldron.  You will receive a CD with full copyright to print your images.  Your images will be as shot and will be mailed to you approximately 30 days after your wedding.  We'll start taking photos of the two of you a few minutes before the ceremony.  Photography will cover the ceremony, first moments together afterward, cake cutting, toast, and first dance (if you choose to have a first dance).  We'll also take some formal (posed) photos of the two of you at several locations around the property.  You are welcome to suggest poses and locations.  

Photography Options:  

1.  Post photos online - purchase a gift certificate for $20 or more of prints and we'll post all your photos online for ordering.  You'll be able to request photo retouching and will have the option of using your $20 toward prints, albums, photo cards, and more. 

2.  Storybook photo album - storybook albums start at $800 for a 10 x 10 hardcover album with 40 images included.  Images will be color corrected.  

3.  Re-touching - Custom re-touching is available.  We can remove unwanted "flaws" and can add color to a black and white photo.  

4.  Slide show - Your best 50 photos set to music and burned to DVD with pan and zoom effects.  $150 for first slide show; $20 for each additional copy.  These make great Christmas gifts!

5.  Size it for FaceBook - we'll size up to 5 photos of your choice to use in emails and/or to post on FaceBook.  Free for the asking.

6.  Bridal shoot - add 1/2 hour bridal shoot to your time.  Ideal for the bride or couple who wish to purchase a large portrait and want some extra time and effort devoted to their photography and lighting. - $125; includes $100 gift certificate to be used toward formal prints including canvas prints.

Fantasy Elopement:

Included with your package are complete photojournalistic photographic coverage by Wendy Waldron.  You will receive a CD with full copyright to print your images.  

You will also receive a 20 page 10 x 10 hardcover keepsake storybook album that tells the story of your wedding in photos. 

Your images will be posted online approximately 10 days after your wedding.  You will then be able to choose the 40 images you'd like included in your photo album.  Those images will be retouched.  Your CD will contain the images retouched for your album as well as the rest of your images as shot.   

 We'll start taking photos of the two of you about 15 minutes before the ceremony.  Photography will cover the ceremony, first moments together afterward, cake cutting, toast, and first dance (if you choose to have a first dance).  We'll take photos of your bouquet, your table setting, and all memorable moments.  We'll also take about 1/2 hour of formal (posed) photos of the two of you at several locations around the property.  You are welcome to suggest poses and locations.

4.  Album upgrades.  You may choose to add photos and pages to your album.  You may also wish to upgrade to a larger album size or add a leather cover.  Mini albums are also available.  We'll cover options on your wedding day if you're unable to visit before the wedding.

Videography Services (Elopements Only)

Basic Video - $600

Music video to include full coverage of your wedding ceremony plus highlights of your wedding reception (may include cake cutting, formal dancing, garter and/or bouquet toss and send-off set to music).  Three copies of finished video DVD (approximate finished length – 25 minutes) with printed covers.   

Additional copies of video - $100 each

Add ceremony audio to video - $200 (professionally recorded off sound board)
 

With the Fantasy Elopement Package, you are welcome to choose from premium cake styles and flavors including square cakes, fondant, and candy flowers.  Fresh flowers  will be provided to decorate your cake unless you request otherwise.

After your cake cutting, we'll wrap up the top tier for you two to take with you to save until your first anniversary.

Bridal Flowers & Decorations

   Every bride has her own style.  We encourage you to be as creative and include personal items with meaning from your home, if you desire.

   The Traditional Elopement package includes a fresh bouquet made with 18 roses and/or 1812 Hitching Post fresh garden flowers.  A matching boutonnière is included for the groom.  We will coordinate with your wedding colors and preferences.

   With the Fantasy Elopement, you may specify flowers for your bouquet, if you wish.

    If you wish to have attendants at your elopement, you may add flowers for them.  Live flowers on your arbor or mantle are also available through our florist for an extra charge.
