Many brides hope and dream for a magical, unique wedding and reception, but are overwhelmed with all the choices and the  coordination of vendors.  We help eliminate that frustration and hassle.  You don't have to coordinate bookings; we do everything for you that you don't want to do yourself. 

We have developed our business to include top quality services in one place for your benefit.  At the 1812 Hitching Post, we specialize in complete wedding packages for  busy couples who want to leave the work of their wedding to us so that they can fully enjoy their special day.

We know your time is valuable and that your first question is likely, "Can I afford all of this?"  We've included our prices right here so you don't have to wait to hear "yes!"  We know we're an amazing value.  Couples who choose us for their weddings said they knew right away that this was where they wanted to get married.  Many people tell us they searched and searched until they finally found us and others say that we were the first place  they found and they looked no further.

Many couples plan weddings from a distance out of necessity.  If you are unable to visit before your wedding, I'll email you regularly to keep you updated on things and will be happy to answer any questions you have.  I know you are nervous and this is a very important day.  We're in the business of happiness and take our responsibility to you very seriously.

    Our event prices are based on the date and time of your event (Saturday evenings in season are premium dates), the number of people that attend, the time you'd like to allow for your event, and the services you'd like included.  Please use our contact page to receive a personal quote based on your own celebration choices.

   We sometimes have last minute openings so don't hesitate to ask!  We take reservations up to two years in advance for our Gold and Platinum packages.

  Our contracts allow you to adjust the number of people and services offered as late as one month before your date.  A deposit of as little as $500 can hold your date; we set up payments with you for the balance.  We encourage you to come up with a budget of what you think you'd like to spend for your wedding and then get as much wedding as possible for that money.  At the 1812 Hitching Post, we'll help you design a wedding that suits everything about you, including your budget!

Platinum Wedding Package (click on above link for complete details including pricing) Designed just for you; our Platinum package combines everything we do best for the ultimate wedding experience. Designer decorator services including chair covers with sashes at your reception, DJ, bartender service, 2 photographers, 12 x 12 storybook wedding album, 20 mini albums, all wedding photos on CD, buffet dinner with your choice of menu, custom wedding cake, on site wedding planning and direction, night time lighting, sparkler send-off, high staff to guest ratio. (click here for complete details including pricing for our Platinum Package) Gold Wedding Package (click on above link for complete details including pricing) Designed for late afternoon ceremony with evening reception typically held on Saturdays or Sundays; our Gold package is a combination of our most popular services at a popular price. Complete decorations, DJ, bartender service, one photographer, 10 x 10 storybook wedding album, all wedding photos on CD, buffet dinner with your choice of menu, professionally decorated wedding cake, on site wedding planning, night time lighting. Off-Season Wedding Packages (click on above link for complete details including pricing)   Special packages for weddings held from November through March  Off-season packages are also available on weekdays (except Friday nights). About our Packages Our packages are a combination of services that we can offer at an even better rate than the cost of those items and services priced individually.  We also will custom quote your wedding to include any or all of our services.
