     At The 1812 Hitching Post, your romance coordinator, Wendy Waldron, will custom design a package for you based on your individual needs.  We have specially designed the 1812 Hitching Post to bring you the most romantic, special wedding possible. 

    Our best value packages are complete with full photographic coverage of your ceremony and reception.  We include dressing suites for the wedding party, your ceremony with all decor needed, seating, Christian Officiant, music personalized for you, designer decorated wedding cake, beverages, and reception options including custom decor, bartender, DJ, tables, linens, centerpieces, and buffet style meal.

     Our event prices are based on the date and time of your event (Saturday evenings in season are premium dates), the number of people that attend, the time you'd like to allow for your event, and the services you'd like included.  Please use our contact page to receive a personal quote based on your own celebration choices.

     We sometimes have last minute openings so don't hesitate to call!  We take reservations up to two years in advance.  Our contracts allow you to adjust the number of people and services offered as late as tone month before your date.  A deposit of as little as $500 can hold your date; we set up payments with you for the balance.  We encourage you to come up with a budget of what you think you'd like to spend for your wedding and then get as much wedding as possible for that money.  At the 1812 Hitching Post, we'll help you design a wedding that suits everything about you, including your budget!

Platinum Wedding  Outdoor wedding for up to 200 guests  Our premium Saturday wedding package with all the extras! Gold Wedding Outdoor wedding for up to 150 guests  Available Saturday evening or late afternoon March through November. Silver Wedding Outdoor wedding for 50 - 120 guests Available Sunday afternoon/evening from March through November.  Bronze Wedding Outdoor wedding for up to 50 guests Available Sunday afternoon/evening from March through November.  Chapel Wedding - A budget indoor wedding package for up to 35 guests.  Weekdays and Sundays year round. Elopement Wedding Just the two of you (and up to two witnesses).  Available weekdays and Sundays year round.   Our packages are a combination of services that we can offer at an even better rate than the cost of those items and services priced individually.  We also will custom quote your wedding to include any or all of our services.
