Parties

The 1812 Hitching Post is a great place to host a rehearsal dinner, holiday party, special birthday party, anniversary, family reunion, or corporate gathering.  The packages, below, can also be used for weeknight wedding receptions and can be added to our Small Wedding package for a ceremony/reception combination.

Each of the packages below is an example of our party pricing.  We'd be happy to custom price your party needs and menu.

Light Hors d'oeuvres Party 

Services

• Hors d'oeuvres-  Choice of six hors d'oeuvres and/or dessert options

• Beverage service: Tea, lemonade, water, and coffee  
  (may add sodas and/or bartender service)

• Staff to set-up, serve, and clean up

• Single serving plates, napkins, and forks

• Dinner music

 Two hour party for first 10 people -  $880
Add guests - $23 per person
Add time - $150 per 1/2 hour

• Choice of 8 hors d'oeuvres and/or dessert options

• Beverage service: Tea, lemonade, water, and coffee  (may add sodas)

• Bartender service for beer and wine

• Staff to set-up, serve, and clean up

• Single serving plates, napkins, and forks

• Wisteria room and/or tent (depending upon number of guests and season) decorated for your party

• Dinner music (may upgrade to DJ)

• Table seating for all guests with choice of overlays.  We can provide "house" centerpieces or you may provide your own centerpieces

• Outdoor lighting for parties after dark

Add guests - $35 per person
Add time - $150 per 1/2 hour
