The 1812 Hitching Post is a great place to host a rehearsal dinner, holiday party, special birthday party, anniversary, family reunion, or corporate gathering. 

Each of the packages below is an example of our party pricing.  We'd be happy to custom price your party needs and menu.

Light Hors d'oeuvres Party 

Services

• Hors d'oeuvres-  cheese & crackers, nuts, pretzels, cocktail meatballs, chicken wings, and mini pizzas

• Beverage service: Tea, lemonade, water, and coffee  

• Cake or assorted desserts (mini cheesecakes, cream puffs, eclairs, cookies)

• Staff to set-up, serve, and clean up

• Single serving plates, napkins, and forks

• DJ

Two hour party for up to 20 people -  $750
Three hour party for up to 40 people -  $1150

May add bartender service (required for alcohol)

• Hors d'oeuvres- hors d'oeuvres table of fruit, cheese, crackers, vegetables with dip, spinach dip in a bread bowl, nuts, pretzels, and cocktail meatballs

• Hand passed mini pizzas, spanikopita, deli spirals, mini burgers, and shrimp shooters

• Beverage service: Tea, lemonade, water, and coffee  

• Bartender service for beer and wine

• Cake or assorted desserts (mini cheesecakes, cream puffs, eclairs, cookies)

• Staff to set-up, serve, and clean up

• Single serving plates, napkins, and forks

• DJ

• Table seating with overlays in your choice of color and basic centerpieces

Two hour party for up to 20 people -  $950
Three hour party for up to 40 people -  $1350
Add guests for $30 per person

• Hors d'oeuvres of:  spinach dip in a bread bowl, mini pizzas, vegetable tray with dip, cheese and crackers

• Buffet of: 
  Baby green salad bar
  Parmesan encrusted chicken
  Pasta with marinara
  Meatballs
  Stuffed shells
  Garlic bread
  (or menu of similarly priced items)

• Beverage service: Tea, lemonade, water, and coffee  

• Bartender service for beer and wine

• Cake, or assorted desserts (mini cheesecakes, cream puffs, eclairs, cookies)

• Staff to set-up, serve, and clean up

• Single serving plates, linen napkins, and metal flatware

• Table seating for all with overlays in your choice of color and basic centerpieces

• DJ

• Event coordination

Two hour party for up to 20 people -  $880
Three hour party for up to 40 people -  $1280
Add guests for $35 per person  

Add time to any of the above parties for $125 per 1/2 hour (includes continued staffing, beverages, and DJ services)
