Silver Package

Our Silver package is a full-service wedding package designed for couples who'd like to entertain their guests with a traditional reception on Sunday afternoon/evening in-season. Occasionally, this package may be available on a Saturday (if Saturday is unsold three months before wedding date). This package is for outdoor weddings of 50 to 120 guests (including wedding party).

Our Silver package includes all of the following:

Pre-wedding Services

Rehearsal (one hour) on Friday afternoon/evening before wedding
Party planning - unlimited email and phone calls plus two pre-wedding party planning visit prior to wedding

Ceremony Services

Bride's dressing rooms before event with adjoining private bath – use of steamer, if needed
Groom's room for Groom and Groomsmen with adjoining private bath

Set-up, clean-up and use of basic ceremony decor to include: white arbor decorated with silk flowers, ceremony seating, program table with tablecloth, easel, unity candle stand or sand ceremony table.

Indoor Wisteria room ceremony option in the event of inclement weather

Interdenominational Christian Officiant, if desired

Microphone and amplified sound system for ceremony

Personalized ceremony music choices

Vows personalized as desired

Complete professional photojournalistic style photography of ceremony by one photographer

Reception Services

Set-up and use of round dining tables for all

Full-length ivory tablecloths. Colored tablecloth overlays, if desired

Basic centerpieces

Buffet set-up and clean-up

Staffing and serving of buffet

Purchase buffet menu items separately or bring your own food

Beverages - beverage station with tea, lemonade, coffee, and water. Cups, ice, and staff provided.

Cake table with and all needed utensils

Cake cutting - may use of our Silver cake knife and spatula

Professionally decorated wedding cake

Our staff will cut and serve cake

Single serving plates, forks, and napkins

DJ for announcements/toasts/garter/bouquet toss; sound man/sound system for all provided music

Complete professional photojournalistic style photography of primary events at reception by one photographer

One 20 x 20 dining tent

Bubbles to blow toward couple when leaving

This wedding package includes 1 1/2 hours before ceremony for getting ready, 1 hour for the rehearsal, and 3 hours for the ceremony and reception.

The Silver package is priced at $4700 for 60 guests.

Additional guests (up to 120) are $20 per person.

To this package, you may add extra time, additional photography services, print and/or album package, buffet items, video, horse & carriage, flowers, premium decor services, bartender/bar set-up, and tent.
