Pre-wedding Services

• Rehearsal (one hour) on Friday afternoon/evening before wedding
• Party planning - unlimited email and phone call party planning prior to wedding.   On site visits by appointment.

Ceremony Services

• Bride's dressing rooms with adjoining private bath – use of steamer, if needed  
• Groom's room for Groom and Groomsmen with adjoining private bath
• Set-up, clean-up and use of basic ceremony decor to include: standard arbor decorated with silk flowers, ceremony seating, program table with tablecloth, easel, unity candle stand or sand ceremony table, shepherd's hooks.
• Outdoor ceremony under oak trees or on back lawn
• Complimentary interdenominational Minister (or may bring your own minister)
• Microphone and amplified sound system for ceremony
• Personalized ceremony music choices
• Vows personalized as desired

• Set-up and use of round dining tables for all
• Full-length ivory tablecloths
• Colored tablecloth overlays
• Catering set-up and clean-up 
• Staffing and serving of meal
• Light hors d'oeuvres to include:
  Mini pizzas, cheese and crackers, cocktail meatballs, assorted sandwiches (chicken salad, deli), pasta salad, and mini cheesecakes (or may substitute similarly priced items)
• Beverages - beverage station with tea, lemonade, coffee, and water.  Cups, ice, and service staff provided.
• Cake table with and all needed utensils
• Cake cutting - may use of our silver cake knife and spatula 
• Professionally decorated round wedding cake - your choice of style and flavor (may upgrade cake style)
• Our staff will cut and serve cake
• Single serving plates, forks, and napkins
• DJ for announcements/toasts; sound man/sound system for all provided music
• DJ for announcements and toasts and all provided reception music
• Dance area
• Set up and clean up of any basic decor owned by the 1812 Hitching Post on your behalf

Photography Services

• 3 hours professional photojournalistic style photography of primary events by one photographer
• All photos posted online for direct ordering 
• Ten page 10 x 10 hardcover storybook photo album

This wedding package includes up to 1 hour before ceremony for getting ready, 1 hour for the rehearsal, and 3 hours for the ceremony and reception.  

40 guests - $4,295

Add $30 per guest for up to 150 guests.
