Silver Package

Our Silver package is a complete basic wedding package designed for couples who'd like to entertain their guests with a traditional reception with a luncheon buffet during the afternoon or early evening.

This package is most often chosen for Sunday afternoon/evening weddings held in-season (April through mid-November).

If your wedding is within the next four months, this package may also be booked for any available Saturday.

Our Silver package includes all of the following:

Pre-wedding Services

Rehearsal (one hour) on Friday afternoon/evening before wedding
Party planning - unlimited email and phone call party planning prior to wedding

Ceremony Services

Bride's dressing rooms before event with adjoining private bath – use of steamer, if needed
Groom's room for Groom and Groomsmen with adjoining private bath

Set-up, clean-up and use of basic ceremony decor to include: arbor decorated with silk flowers, ceremony seating, program table with tablecloth, easel, unity candle stand or sand ceremony table.

Outdoor ceremony under oak trees or on back lawn

Indoor Wisteria room ceremony option in the event of inclement weather

Interdenominational Christian Minister (or may bring your own minister)

Microphone and amplified sound system for ceremony

Personalized ceremony music choices

Vows personalized as desired

Complete professional photojournalistic style photography of ceremony by one photographer

Reception Services

Set-up and use of round dining tables for all

Full-length ivory tablecloths

Buffet set-up and clean-up

Staffing and serving of buffet

Luncheon/light hors d'oeuvres buffet (may make additions or changes to menu) including:
Chicken salad croissants
Deli sandwich rings
Pasta salad
Veggie tray
Spinach dip in bread bowl with dipping chips
Fruit and cheese displays
Chocolate fountain

Beverages - beverage station with tea, lemonade, coffee, and water. Cups, ice, and service staff provided.

Cake table with and all needed utensils

Cake cutting - may use of our silver cake knife and spatula

Professionally decorated round wedding cake - your choice of style and flavor

Our staff will cut and serve cake

Single serving plates, forks, and napkins

DJ for announcements/toasts; sound man/sound system for all provided music

Complete professional photojournalistic style photography of primary events at reception by one photographer

Formal photography also included

All photos posted online for direct ordering

Ten page 10 x 10 hardcover storybook photo album
