Christy
and Erich were married the third week of
May. Christy's wedding featured lots of
bright colors against a black and white backdrop
with a garden party theme.
Christy
and Erich choose the natural arbor as a backdrop
for their ceremony. They included a sand
ceremony with black and white sand.
Multi-colored petals decorated her aisle.
Christy's
centerpieces were tin watering cans and buckets on
round mirrors stuffed with bright spring flowers
and surrounded by multi-colored votives in yellow,
hot pink, lime, and orange. A chocolate rose party
favor peeked out of each guest's rolled napkin.
Guests
also received seed packets with a special
note. Christy designed her own programs
shaped like a tapered garden clay pot. Her
cake was a doll's house complete with doors and
windows and tiny little window boxes and topiaries
of bright flowers. The candle screen behind
the cake glowed with orange, yellow, and hot pink
candles.
