Jackie's
wedding featured a sumptuous combination of colors
including chocolate brown, peachy pink, tiffany
blue, turquoise, spring green, and lavender.
She choose the natural wooden arbor with brown and
turquoise tulle and flowers to coordinate with her
bouquets. The centerpieces also featured fresh
hydrangeas and roses in lavender and blue which
looked fabulous against the brown tablecloth
overlays! Peach and blue votive candles
completed the tabletops.
At
her rehearsal dinner held at the 1812 Hitching
Post, the "Groom's cake" was a giant
chocolate chip cookie. Yum!!
Each
bridesmaid carried a handkerchief embroidered with
the couple's name and the wedding
date.
Party favors were Hershey's Kisses - 7 kisses to
commemorate the 100th year of the Hershey's
Kiss!
Jackie's
garter had three rhinestone 7's.
Jackie's mother, a talented artist, rendered
watercolor portraits that were hung over the
fireplace in the Wisteria room at the rehearsal
dinner and at the wedding reception.
The
wedding cake was in the shape of Jackie's diamond
engagement ring with a champagne scroll design
that matched the trim of her wedding gown.
It was topped with a rhinestone encrusted
"Mr. & Mrs."
A
gorgeous sunset added to the beautiful July
evening. Sparklers finished off the event.
Milt
Hawes Studio and Wendy Waldron captured all the
memories shown here.
The
groom wrote: "Thank you for being an
excellent host for our wedding. We couldn't have
asked for things to have gone any better than they
did."
