Bradley and I cannot thank you enough for the beautiful wedding you gave us! From the moment we first visited the 1812 Hitching Post, we knew we had found the perfect place to get married. You guided us along every step of the way and I was able to relax and not stress too much before the wedding. The wedding day was everything we had hoped for and more. So many of our guests have complimented the wedding site and how smoothly things went. One of our favorite things was definitely the cake!! It looked so beautiful and it was absolutely delicious! Many people I've talked to since the wedding have mentioned how fantastic it was!! We also thought that the DJ was really good. He tracked down some of our more difficult song selections and played everything that we'd asked for and with perfect timing too. We were so impressed!!

I wanted to take the time to let you know that we all we thrilled with Laura and Brad's wedding at The 1812 Hitching Post on 6/7/2008!!!

You, Pat and your whole staff were wonderful!!!  So many of the guests came up to  my husband, Steve, and me to tell us what a beautiful site it was for a wedding, how everything ran so smoothly, that the food was delicious and on & on.  You had everything under control and everything moved so seamlessly throughout the night.

All I had to do was ask and things were done by the staff and they were all so friendly and accommodating to us and the guests.  BUT I can't say enough about YOU!!!  Steve and I were late to the rehearsal, but it didn't phase you at all.  You were so gracious about going through it all again for us, and as busy as you were, when I asked you at the rehearsal if the program fans could be placed in the front rows before the ceremony so that the mothers, grandmothers and my husband wouldn't have to carry them down the aisle, you said you would see that it was done.  I don't know how you remembered with all that was going on, but there they were on our seats, just as I'd asked.  And with 100 degree heat that day, they were a welcome site!

But I think the thing that endeared you to me the most, was that when Laura asked if you had a spare garter for her to use as she'd left her special Atlanta Braves garter at home.  You said of course and you'd be right back.  And you were within a few minutes......but the fabulous detail was that you'd found the Braves "A" on the internet, printed it out and somehow attached it to the new garter!!!   We were all amazed and Laura was so happy!!  It may sound silly to some people, but it meant so much to Laura.

That's the way the whole experience went from the very beginning....your willingness to do whatever was needed to make the day special for Laura, Brad and all the family and guests.  Everyone kept asking me if I was stressed the weeks before the wedding and also remarked that Laura and I looked so relaxed during the wedding....that was because we knew and had the confidence that you were handling everything and we could just have a fabulous time.....and we did!!!
