Our Wedding Ceremony Package is designed for couples who'd like a full-service wedding ceremony off-season (November 15th through March 15th).  

Your Wedding Ceremony Package includes the following:

Pre-wedding Day Services

• Checklist and full event coordination 

• Rehearsal evening before wedding with minister, music, and ceremony direction

Ceremony Services

• Dressing areas: Bride's suite of dressing rooms before event with adjoining private bath and Groom's room for Groom and Groomsmen with adjoining private bath

• Décor: Wisteria room ceremony with chairs for expected number of guests, decorated arbor area, aisle runner, aisle decorations, mantle decorated to coordinate with your wedding colors, use of unity candle stand and holder or sand ceremony table, if needed

• Music: Music provided for arriving guests and for ceremony.  Microphone available for soloists.

• Minister: Complimentary services of Reverend to perform ceremony or may bring your own minister

• Beverages for arriving guests

Photography Services

• Complete professional photography of ceremony and reception if reception purchased in conjunction with this package

• All wedding photos on CD with full copyright for self-printing

up to 70 people
3 hours included for dressing, guest arrival, ceremony, and formal photos, and rehearsal - $895

• Checklist and basic event planning 

Reception Services

• Cake: Wedding cake in choice of flavors and style.
• Cake cutting and serving  
• Plates, napkins, and forks for cake and cake serving
• Beverage service: Tea, lemonade, water, and coffee
• Music services: Pre-select music to be played during reception  
• Bubble send-off
• Reception photography - included at no extra charge if ceremony is also held at the 1812 Hitching Post

for up to 32 people -  $825

for up to 80 people

Our Hors d'oeuvres reception is designed to be used three ways; as an "add-on" to the event above, as a reception only, or for seasonal parties.  You may substitute menu items to customize your party.

Your Winter Hors d'oeuvres Reception Package includes the following:

• Checklist and full event coordination 

Reception Services

• Hors d'oeuvres- hors d'oeuvres table of fruit, cheese, crackers, vegetables with dip, spinach dip in a bread bowl, nuts, pretzels, and cocktail meatballs

• Hand passed mini pizzas, spanikopita or deli spirals, stuffed mushrooms, shrimp shooters, and mini cheesecakes 
  (or menu of similarly priced items)

• Beverage service: Tea, lemonade, water, and coffee  

• Bartender service for beer and wine

• Cake: Your choice of flavors and style 

• Cake cutting and serving

• Single serving plates, napkins, and forks

• Reception photography - included at no extra charge if ceremony is also held at the 1812 Hitching Post

Winter Reception Package 
with table seating for up to 70 people

This is an off-season package designed for a reception using the whole house for dining.  Up to 9 tables can be set in the Chapel and Wisteria rooms with additional seating in the dining room.  Catering/menu may be adjusted to suit your preferences. 

Pre-Event Day Services

• Checklist and full event coordination 

Reception Services  

• Hors d'oeuvres of:  spinach dip in a bread bowl, mini pizzas, vegetable tray with dip, cheese and crackers

• Buffet of: 
  Baby green salad bar
  Pork tenderloin carving station
  Cocktail meatballs
  Chicken wings
  Pasta salad 
  Baked beans
  Mashed potatoes
  Dinner rolls
  (or menu of similarly priced items)

• Beverage service: Tea, lemonade, water, and coffee  

• Bartender service for beer and wine

• Cake: Your choice of flavors and style (or substitute chocolate fountain or other dessert)
  Cake cutting and serving

• Plates, linen napkins, and metal flatware

• Tables - table seating for all.  Includes tablecloth overlays and basic centerpieces.

• DJ/Sound
